Where do my documents go? Are they secure and confidential?
Yes. Your documents are hosted in Europe in a highly secure environment (hosting: RGPD, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, SOC 1-3, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, NIST, PCI DSS, NIST, NIST, CCPA, CSA STAR, CIS Benchmark.). Optivalue.ai is trained exclusively on your documents and for your sole use. Your data remains private, secure, and never shared.

How is your AI different from the ones you see everywhere?
Our technology is based on a Domain Specific Language Model (DSLM) with an AI team composed of 89 specialized agents. Instead of a single generalist “brain”, we orchestrate a team of virtual experts who collaborate to process your request with maximum precision.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake or “hallucinates” a response?
Our architecture prevents it. Each answer must be sourced (document + page). If the AI can't find a reliable source, it doesn't respond. In addition, the answers can be validated by your experts.
What is the difference between the “Gap Analysis” and the “Document Health Score”?
Gap Analysis is a diagnosis targeted on a specific questionnaire for immediate action. The Document Health Score is a strategic indicator that assesses the overall quality of your entire documentary database (freshness, completeness, etc.) to drive long-term improvement.
What happens when I update one of my internal documents?
Thanks to our “Evidence Graph”, if a source document is modified, the system detects it and all responses that depend on it automatically go into the “To be reviewed” status. You are thus alerted and can maintain perfect consistency.
