I. SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE DATA CONTROLLER

1 — Purposes of the processing of personal data

SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE processes the personal data of Users and Visitors for the following needs:

  • Management of the opening and use of the User Account on the Platform, in accordance with the applicable general subscription terms and conditions and terms of use.
  • Operational management of the Platform:
    • Allow the User, from his account, to manage his processing of personal data and his compliance with the Applicable Regulations.
    • Ensure the support of the User and the maintenance of the Platform.
  • Customer relationship management:
    • When the User is the designated contact person of the client company, send him the invoices relating to the subscription taken out.

  • Sending the SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE newsletter (news and service offers) upon express request.
  • Improvement of the performances and functionalities of the Platform and the Site.
  • Monitoring and analysis of Platform and Site traffic for statistical purposes.

SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE collects the following data:

    • Name of the client company

    • Any information provided in the message sent to SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE

Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

3 — Data retention period

  • The personal data of Users are retained as long as they use the Platform.
  • The personal data of Visitors Coming from contact form are preserved 12 months.
  • The email address of subscribers to the Newsletter is kept until unsubscribed.
  • Beyond that, the data is archived in a secure environment to meet legal obligations.

4 — Recipients of the data

The data is strictly Confidential and intended only for SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE.
They are never sold, transferred or rented to third parties, except athost of the Site and the Platform as part of technical services.

5 — Data security

SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE sets up technical and organizational measures for:

  • Protect data from destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.
  • Ensure the availability and recovery of data in the event of an incident.

One Data Protection Officer (DPO) is appointed to ensure compliance with the GDPR.

Each User and Visitor has the following rights:

II. SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE SOUS-TRAITANT

Lorsque SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE accède temporairement aux données pour assurer le support et la maintenance, elle agit en tant que sous-traitant, tandis que le Client reste le responsable de traitement.

SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE s’engage à :

  • Traiter les données uniquement sur instruction du Client.
  • Garantir la confidentialité des données.
  • Ne pas conserver les données après la fin du contrat.
  • Ne pas transférer les données en dehors de l’Espace Économique Européen sans garanties adéquates.
  • Notifier toute violation de données au Client dans les meilleurs délais.

III. GESTION DES COOKIES

SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE utilise des cookies pour :
