An entrepreneur since 1995, Olivier founded Optivalue.ai to transform the way organisations address their compliance and governance challenges. A graduate of École Centrale Paris, he drives the strategic vision and coordinates all the teams around a single conviction: sovereign AI should augment experts, never replace them.
Nathalie Legrand
CFO
With more than 10 years' experience in the administration and organisation of companies and international NGOs, Nathalie oversees Optivalue.ai's financial and operational rigour. Multilingual (French, Spanish, Italian and English) and holding a Master's in Communication and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Development, she has actively contributed to the organisation's strength and excellence from the very beginning.

Philippe Montigny
A former advisor to the Secretary-General of the OECD, Philippe took part in the negotiations that led to the 1997 Anti-Bribery Convention. He founded ETHIC Intelligence, the company that designed and brought to market the first anti-corruption certification process as early as 2005. He was one of the co-authors of the ISO 19600:2014 (compliance) and ISO 37001:2016 (anti-bribery) standards. After selling his company in 2018, Philippe advises executives and board members on CSR matters, and most particularly on AI governance.

Blandine Cordier
A Doctor of Law and former attorney, then Group General Secretary of listed companies, Blandine Cordier-Palasse is the founder and head of BCP Partners Executive Search, established in 2009. She supports organisations in their governance and strategic recruitment: board members, executive management, general secretariat, finance, legal, risk management, ethics, compliance and CSR. Her expertise includes assessing candidates' capabilities in the governance of artificial intelligence.

David Ofer
A graduate of HEC in business administration and an information systems engineer, David is an expert in emerging technologies, AI and cybersecurity. Behind several innovative startups including cookie systems and QR codes in France. David today chairs the French Cybersecurity Federation, for which artificial intelligence is a strategic lever in the fight against cyber threats, in both prevention and detection.

With 30 years of experience in the inspection and certification industry, Charles has held global leadership roles at SGS. Based in Hong Kong and Paris, he oversaw the Group's activities across consumer goods, health, food and emerging technologies.
