Answer directly in online portals, with no copy and paste.

Many clients no longer send a file: they give you access to their assessment portal, and one hundred and eighty answers have to be typed in by hand, field by field, with nothing reusable. The browser extension fills in these fields from your repository, with the same source, the same score and the same approval as a file.

Why the portal is the worst format of all

Nothing can be copied, nothing can be reviewed offline, nothing is retained: the session expires, the answers go into a system you will no longer have access to, and six months later nobody knows what was declared. This is the format where the repository adds the most.

How it works

Four steps, in your browser

You open the portal as usual

Your session, your credentials, your browser. No integration to request from the portal provider, no access to share.

The extension reads the questions on screen

It recognises input fields, drop-down lists and long-text areas, page by page, including when the portal paginates in batches of twenty.

The answer is proposed, with its evidence

Each proposal shows its source, its page and its score from 0 to 100. You approve, adjust or flag a gap, exactly as in the platform.

The field is filled in, the record kept

The portal receives the approved answer; your repository keeps what was declared, to whom, on what date, based on which source. That is what the portal will never give back to you.

Frequently asked

Portals: the questions that come up

01

Do we need the portal provider’s agreement?

No: the extension works in your browser, with your session and your credentials, just as if you were typing yourself. No integration is needed on the portal side.

02

Is filling in automatic or approved?

Approved. The answer is proposed with its source and score, and you are the one who confirms it before it goes into the field. The named approval rule applies in the portal as everywhere else.

03

Which portals are supported?

The extension works on standard web forms, which covers the vast majority of purchasing, supplier assessment and public tender portals. The best test is still your own: open your portal during the demonstration session.

04

Does the data go through a third-party server?

No: exchanges take place between your browser and your private instance, in the jurisdiction you chose. See the sovereignty page.

05

Is a copy kept of what was declared?

Yes, and it is one of the main benefits: every answer entered in a portal is kept in your repository with its source, its score and its approver, whereas the portal itself will give you nothing back.

Open your portal during the demonstration.

It is the only test that counts: your portal, your fields, your documents. One hour is enough to know whether manual entry is a thing of the past.
